About Proofence
Trust infrastructure for the age of AI.
AI systems now write, decide, and act on our behalf. Proofence exists to make that activity verifiable—so organizations can adopt AI without surrendering accountability.
Our mission
Proofence is building the trust infrastructure that modern AI is missing. Our mission is simple to state and hard to earn: make it possible to Verify Everything. Trust Universally. We give organizations a dependable way to check what their AI systems produce and do, and to prove those checks happened.
The problem we solve
Generative models and autonomous agents are probabilistic by design. They produce output that is fluent and often useful, but they offer no native guarantee that a statement is grounded, that a policy was followed, or that an action was authorized. As these systems move from drafting text to making and executing decisions, that gap becomes an operational and regulatory liability.
Most teams manage the risk with manual review, brittle prompt rules, or blind trust. None of these scale, and none of them leave an auditable record. The result is a widening distance between how much AI an organization deploys and how much of that AI it can actually stand behind.
Our approach
Proofence treats verification as infrastructure rather than an afterthought. Proofence Engine sits between AI systems and the decisions they influence, checking outputs, evidence, policies, model behavior, and agent actions against defined standards. It scores trust, orchestrates policy, routes ambiguous cases to human review, and records the evidence behind every verdict.
We deliver that engine through two products for two audiences. AtlasProof by Proofence is the verification workspace and API for teams that need to check AI output in their own workflows. AirTrustOS by Proofence is the enterprise governance control plane for organizations that need policy, authorization, monitoring, and audit across many AI systems at once.
What we stand for
Values that shape the product.
These principles are not decoration. They are the design constraints behind how the Proofence Engine decides, escalates, and records.
Verifiable over plausible
A confident answer is not the same as a correct one. We treat every AI output as a claim to be checked against evidence, not a conclusion to be trusted on tone.
Explainable by default
Every verdict carries its reasoning, its evidence, and the policy it was measured against—so a decision can be understood, questioned, and defended after the fact.
Human oversight
Automation should escalate, not replace judgment. Ambiguous and high-stakes decisions route to the right person with the context needed to act.
Accountability
Trust that cannot be audited is not trust. We build an evidentiary record so organizations can show what was decided, why, and on whose authority.
